Peapack-Gladstone Bank elevated four to high-level positions, the bank announced on June 1.
Molly Basehore was promoted to managing director, treasury management and escrow sales; Linda Brookes Green was promoted to assistant vice president, payroll manager/compensation administrator; Tina Lane was promoted to officer, retail client experience manager II; and Lindsey Ann Groves was promoted to vice president, credit risk portfolio manager.
Basehore joined the bank in 2017. Prior to her promotion she served as assistant vice president, treasury management and escrow sales and as client service officer in the Platinum Service Team. In her new role, Basehore supports bankers and clients as a liaison and by providing support through the onboarding and implementation of escrow and treasury management services.
Green managed the bank’s human resources information system, payroll processing and compensation data. She joined the bank in 2017 with 30 years of experience as a payroll professional working in a variety of industries, previously serving as payroll coordinator at Webster Groves School District in Webster Groves, Mo.
Groves has been with Peapack-Gladstone for 10 years. Prior to the bank, she was a loan officer at Union Building Trades Federal Credit Union in Parsippany. In her new role, she’s responsible for the management and monitoring of the company’s small business loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
Lane is located at the bank’s Summit location, where she provides clients with the bank’s private banking experience through the offering of products and services to meet their individual needs. She is in charge of overall branch operations, sales development, including growth and management of consumer account relationships.
