Airborne Systems North America, located in Pennsauken, won a $51.4 million joint contract to supply the Army with Joint Precision Aerial Delivery Systems, the Department of Defense announced Wednesday.Airborne Systems is sharing the contract with Wamore, Inc., an Arizona-based company. The two will supply up to 910 of the systems and the applicable replacement components under a firm-fixed-price, multiyear contract, the Department of Defense said.
The contract has an estimated completion date of March 22, 2021.
