Pennsauken manufacturer Acro Display Inc. has been sold to a private investor.
Acro Display specializes in manufacturing custom displays, such as point of purchase displays, store fixtures, casino fixtures, storage/shelving, and office and call center furniture. It was founded in 1982.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Acro Display recently developed an effective Social Distancing Divider for retail, intended to provide a higher level of safety and comfort for both the employee and customers.
Pennsylvania-based mergers and acquisitions brokerage firm Benjamin Ross Group executed the sale. It performed a valuation of the company, identified a candidate to purchase the business, and secured SBA financing for the transaction.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
