Pepperidge Farm completes South Plainfield site's occupancy

Bussel Realty Corp. has leased 20,510 square feet of industrial space to Pepperidge Farm Inc., the real estate services firm announced Monday. That deal means the 125,000-square-foot property at 1764 New Durham Road has 100 percent occupancy.Bussel Senior Vice President Earl Lapides said in a statement: “1764 New Durham Road will serve as warehouse distribution space and a retail outlet store for Pepperidge Farm. The building’s great visibility to roadway traffic is ideal for the bakery brand’s newest outlet.”
Bussel is based in Edison.
