Physician network to open 'Virtua Express Urgent Care Center' at Levin-managed shopping center

Virtua Medical Group announced Wednesday that it has leased 5,800 square feet at the Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly.The space, located within the 179,000-square-foot Burlington County shopping center, will be used for the physician network’s newest Virtual Express Urgent Care Center location.

Gloria Mercado, a leasing representative at Levin Management, negotiated the long-term lease. Jeff Tertel of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank was the tenant broker in the transaction. Levin Management exclusively leases and manages the property.

“Virtua Medical Group was looking to expand its urgent care services into Mount Holly, and Fairground Plaza’s location — near a CVS Pharmacy and in proximity to Virtua Memorial Hospital — was a perfect fit,” Mercado said in a prepared statement. “Virtua Express Urgent Care Center is a terrific addition to Fairground Plaza that will help drive additional consumer traffic to the existing co-tenancy. We are excited to bring this high-quality and convenient medical care option to the community.”
