Jennifer Porter joins Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi from Newark-based Gibbons, where she was director of its real property arm.

Porter’s practice extends beyond New Jersey into New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

“[Porter] brings the unique ability of practicing land use law on a multijurisdictional basis – an extremely rare quality,” said Fredric Lavinthal, co-chair of CSG’s real estate, development and land-use group in a statement. “We look forward to working with Jennifer on a number of interesting projects, including the redevelopment of the City of Asbury Park’s Waterfront Redevelopment Area, which has drawn national attention and acclaim.”
