Precision Technology Inc., an orthopedic implant and component engineering design and manufacturing company, renewed its lease for 52,000 square feet at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ industrial complex in Norwood, the developer said.The company has been in its space at 50 Maple St. for more than 30 years, according a news release from Sanzari.
Since its founding in 1971, PTI has made plastic orthopedic implants and trial components, surgical support instrumentation and precision-machined parts, with a core business of making prosthetic hip, knee and extremity implants.
The Sanzari property is part of a six-building portfolio on Chestnut and Maple streets in Norwood, a borough in northeastern Bergen County.
The recently upgraded property has available spaces ranging from 20,400 to 111,424 square feet, the Hackensack-based firm said in a news release.
