Primo Hoagies is opening in a sought-after space in Allendale. – PRIMO HOAGIES
Primo Hoagies will open a location in Allendale at 49 W. Allendale Ave. in Allendale Town Center.
The Westville-based fast casual restaurant has 85 franchise locations across seven states and 50 locations currently under development, such as this one announced March 28.
The 2,008-square-foot end cap leased by Azarian Realty Co. joins 16 other national and regional tenants in the shopping center, which is 90,000 square feet and anchored by Acme.
Primo Hoagies’ location is in a sought-after space, having only been available twice in the past 20 years, according to an announcement from Azarian.
Kevin Pelio and James Azarian of Azarian Realty represented the landlord, while Jason Brooke of MSC Retail Inc. represented the tenant.
A representative for PrimoHoagies did not return a request for information on the opening.
