Printing companies merge, take on new name

Egg Harbor Township-based printing company Print Art Inc. announced Monday that it has merged with Omega Specialty Products to form a new print solutions firm, known simply as Omega.“Joining Print Art and Omega Specialty Products as one company under the new name, Omega, better reflects our expanding capabilities and comprehensive solutions for our customers,” Carl Blase, Omega CEO and president, said in a prepared statement. “We offer high-impact print solutions and so much more for companies looking for a partner that can take them from start to finish in their campaigns.”

Omega is a full-service printing company offering conventional and digital solutions to clients that include top regional, national and global brands, it said in a news release.
