Progress Capital Managing Partner Kathy Anderson recently secured $4.3 million for a client to finance the land acquisition and subsequent construction of a four-story multifamily building on adjacent lots in Passaic.Progress Capital Managing Partner Kathy Anderson recently secured $4.3 million for a client to finance the land acquisition and subsequent construction of a four-story multifamily building on adjacent lots in Passaic.

Construction will begin immediately on the 40-unit building and is slated for completion in 2019.
