Provident Bank started off the week earning three first-place spots in the 2021 NJBIZ Reader Rankings, and with a new leader joining its Central New Jersey Commercial Lending Team.
Jessica Dudick joined Provident as vice president, relationship manager, based in Iselin at the bank’s administrative headquarters, the lender announced Nov. 15.

Dudick’s oversight includes growing Provident’s commercial loan portfolio by offering a range of deposit and lending solutions to small- and mid-sized businesses. She also manages a portfolio of Central Jersey-based clients.
In a statement, Commercial Lending Vice President and Team Leader Raymond Eckoff praised Dudick’s knowledge of the market and her ability to suss out the credit needs of business.
She most recently served as vice president and commercial lending relationship manger at 1st Constitution Bank. According to Provident, Dudick has more than 15 years of experience in commercial lending, new business development and relationship management. Her background also includes serving as associate analyst with BNP Paribas and Moody’s Investment Services, and as a credit risk analyst for Credit Agricole.
Dudick is a member of the Eastern Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce and a former board member of the Monmouth County Arts Council.
Provident Bank reported assets of $13.39 billion as of Sept. 30, 2021. Its branches cover northern and central New Jersey; Queens County in N.Y.; and Bucks, Lehigh and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania.
