Provident Bank has expanded its Commercial Real Estate lending team with the addition of two new members.
On Feb. 3, the Iselin-based financial institution announced Paul Ciancimino as senior vice president, regional director and Jamie Pasqualone as vice president, relationship manager, both for the metro New Jersey/New York region.
Both come to Provident from M&T Bank.
There, Ciancimino most recently served as vice president, senior relationship manager for commercial real estate. Pasqualone was commercial real estate relationship manager.
At Provident, Ciancimino – who brings more than 20 years of experience to the role – is responsible for new business development and general oversight of CRE lending in the market. He’ll also oversee a team of relationship managers and lending specialists in pursuit of expanding the bank’s commercial real estate portfolio.
Pasqualone is responsible for originating, evaluating and structuring commercial real estate transactions, cross-selling bank products and increasing the bank’s visibility in the marketplace, according to Provident Bank.
With more than a decade of experience in financial services, he’ll manage a portfolio of CRE clients based in his coverage region and will also work with institutional and private investors, owners and developers on deposit and lending solutions.
