PSEG declares dividend

Public Service Enterprise Group’s board of directors on Tuesday declared a dividend of 37 cents per share for the third quarter of 2014.The dividend, on the company’s outstanding common stock, is payable Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 6, it said in a news release.
