QuickChek names SVP for merchandising, marketing

The Whitehouse Station-based convenience store chain said in a news release that Rob Easley joined the company in February.

“We are very pleased to have Rob Easley join our senior management team,” CEO Dean Durling said in a prepared statement. “While we are celebrating our first 50 years, Rob’s strong background in marketing, strategic planning and operations will help us grow to the next level as we look to our future.”

Easley has nearly 25 years of experience in retail marketing, strategy and operations, QuickChek said. He spent 16 years with the food retailer H-E-B, and has also served in executive roles with Rite-Aid, Westlake Ace Hardware and Earth Fare.
