Old Bridge-based retail leasing specialist R.J. Brunelli & Co. Inc., announced Friday new national and New Jersey tenant representation assignments for Athena Learning Centers, Burger King Corporation and D’Angelo Italian Market.R.J. Brunelli was appointed the exclusive national real estate representative for the Princeton-based Athena Learning Center, a chain of after-school tutoring centers.  Athena is currently seeking 1,600- to 2,000-square-foot spaces along major retail corridors. Athena currently has locations in Middletown; Orlando, Fla.; Katy, College Station; and Copple, Texas.  Three additional locations are scheduled top open in Marlboro, Princeton and Freehold soon.

In its Burger King assignment, R.J. Brunelli will be seeking out locations for the franchisee in five Central Jersey counties: Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset and Hunterdon.  Burger King is currently seeking spaces between 3,000 to 3,500 square feet.  R.J. Brunelli’s Ron DeLuca, senior vice president, will manage the account.

Princeton-based D’Angelo’s is looking to expand its shop by opening multiple 2,000-square-foot, company-operated locations, the announcement said.
