Ralph Lauren and Quest Diagnostics have been approved for an incentive from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to make a new home at Prism Capital’s ON3 campus – the former Hoffman-LaRoche site – in Nutley and Clifton, NJBIZ has learned.Ralph Lauren and Quest Diagnostics have been approved for an incentive from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to make a new home at Prism Capital’s ON3 campus – the former Hoffman-LaRoche site – in Nutley and Clifton, NJBIZ has learned.
Ralph was approved for a project of 255,000 square feet that will create 250 new jobs.
The firm received a 10-year, $33.1 million Grow New Jersey award for a development eligible for bonus tax credit award for a vacant commercial building in Nutley in excess of 1 million square feet.
Quest Diagnostics received a $55 million Grow New Jersey award from the EDA
At the former Hoffmann-LaRoche site, the fashion brand and clinical laboratory service firm will join Seton Hall University’s College of Nursing and School of Health and Medical Sciences, Seton Hall – Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and biotech firm Modern Meadow, who received a $32 million tax credit from the EDA to relocate from Brooklyn to the ON3 campus.
