The leases include a 35,117-square-foot Lidl; 35,008-square-foot LA Fitness; 14,698-square-foot CVS Pharmacy; 2,415-square-foot Starbucks and a 1,573-square-foot Posh Nails & Beauty Lounge. All are scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2020.
In October, RD Management and JMF Properties – the designated redevelopers of the 14-acre site located on the former Military Ocean Terminal – broke ground on the second phase of construction at Harbor View Marketplace and ScenicVue, the residential portion developed in partnership with Accurate Builders.
The 240,780-square-foot Harbor View is anchored by Costco Wholesale, which opened in March 2019 and includes an 18-pump Costco Gasoline gas station.

Harbor View Marketplace is located in an Urban Enterprise Zone at the intersection of State Route 440 and Goldsborough Drive. When completed, the mixed-use property will feature 651 multifamily residential units, with rooftop terraces and walking paths, and over 90,000 square feet of retail space.
