The commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm secured a lease for Soba New Jersey's newest office.

Kiss Nail Products Inc. distributes its nail products, hair accessories and cosmetics to more than 100 countries from its Middlesex County location.

Larken Associates started work to add 9,000 square feet to each facility in 2020.

“Restaurant Technologies’ new lease underscores the current flight to quality trend in the market, with the company relocating from a class C to class A property," Senior Vice President Timothy Cadigan said in a prepared statement.

With a team of former WeWork executives at its helm, the new offering seeks to provide a purpose-built third space - between home and the office - for remote and post-pandemic workers.

The industry organization kicked off the new year at its annual meeting and CRE outlook event on Jan. 26.

Once completed, The Halo will include 949 units spanning three towers, and alter the city's skyline.

The turn-key space, which is outfitted as a surgical center, includes an ambulatory care license, fixtures, furniture and state-of-the-art equipment.

The property "provides an attractive investment opportunity for a company to acquire a fully leased industrial asset thoroughly equipped for a variety of e-commerce and logistic uses,” said Principal Edward English, who was part of the team representing the seller.

“We are growing from our traditional Northern New Jersey base with this acquisition, yet it represents a natural next step in our long-term growth plan,” CEO Gregory Dell’Aquila said about the deal.

According to the firm, the property's connections to major roadways and freight rail lines make it an ideal candidate for redevelopment into an institutional quality warehouse facility.
