Reckitt Benckiser names new North American president

Global consumer products manufacturer Reckitt Benckiser, of Parsippany, announced Thursday the appointment of Alexander Lacik, 48, to the position of president of the company’s North American operations.The promotion was effective in June, the company said.

In his new role, Lacik will be responsible for increasing the company’s market share, creating new innovations in the health, home and hygiene space. He succeeded Frederic Larmuseau, who is taking a new role as executive vice president for Russia, Middle East and Africa.

Reckitt Benckiser produces such brands as Clearasil, Mucinex, Lysol and Woolite.
