Records company renews lease in Jersey City

Records management company CitiStorage, LLC, renewed its lease for a 150,000-square-foot warehouse in Jersey City, according to commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.Eden Wood Realty owns the property at 107-151 West Side Ave., Cushman & Wakefield said in a news release. The firm’s East Rutherford office, including Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim and Stephen Elman, brokered the long-term transaction for CitiStorage. Lease terms were not disclosed.

“This building continues to meet our client’s needs perfectly,” Danzig said in a prepared statement. “It offers proximity to Manhattan, where CitiStorage maintains a significant client base. Additionally, the space includes custom built-out records storage infrastructure and high security for the company’s specialized needs.”

CitiStorage is headquartered in Brooklyn.
