Regado closes IPO

Regado Biosciences Inc., in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards, announced Tuesday it has closed its initial public offering.The IPO, first announced last week, included 10.5 million shares of common stock at a price of $4 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $43 million before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
