Retro Fitness and its frozen yogurt franchise get new VP

Lauletti, named vice president of real estate and development, is a 25 year real estate and business veteran. He was most recently the director of development for Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, where he led development efforts in the Eastern United States. He previously worked for the brands Sbarro, Boston Market, SuperValu and Friendly’s.

The company said Lauletti will work with franchisees to facilitate new store openings, including site identification and negotiating real estate deals.

Eric Casaburi, founder and chief executive of Retro Fitness and Let’s YO!, said “Ray’s previous successes in the industry with other franchise systems will amplify our current expansion efforts. I look forward to personally developing our next few hundred units with Ray and our team.”

Retro Fitness has more than 100 gyms in 13 states, with 55 in New Jersey, and plans to expand to over 300 locations in the next three years. Let’s YO! has more than 30 locations across the eastern half of the country, with 50 additional units set to open on the East Coast in the next year.
