Risk solutions firm names customer service SVP

The Secaucus-based company said in a news release that it has hired Paul Zymba, who had previously served as an executive with technology companies Mendix and Veracode.

“As Rsam continues to grow and increase market share rapidly, we are not only investing in our product, but also investing in our customer services organization,” Vivek Shivananda, CEO, said in a prepared statement. “Enabling customers to attain the most value out of Rsam quickly is central to our focus and strategy. With this new leadership position, and Paul at the helm, we will be able to deliver an integrated set of services to our customers that will take the customer experience and success to the next level.”

At Rsam, Zymba will be responsible for the entire post-sales system, the company said, including support and customer success.

“The need for governance, risk and compliance solutions continues to escalate in this environment, and Rsam is poised to meet that need,” he said in a statement. “I look forward to leading Rsam’s efforts in delivering our solutions that provide true value to our customers.”
