Riverside Oral Surgery acquired Metropolitan Craniofacial Center PA, which includes three locations in West Orange, West Caldwell and Parsippany.
The acquisition brings Riverside’s total footprint to nine locations in the state, including its acquisition of two in October in Edison and Chatham.
Metropolitan Craniofacial Center was founded, owned, and operated by oral and maxillofacial surgeons Henry Falk, Gary Vitale and Theodore Niebloom.
“After long consideration of options to transition our practice moving forward my partners and I felt joining Riverside Oral Surgery was the right choice,” Falk said in a prepared statement. “We feel strongly that Dr.’s [Jason] Auerbach and [Sung Hee] Cho and their entire team of surgeons and staff share our philosophy of striving for excellence in patient care in state-of-the-art facilities. We look forward to an exciting relationship together.”
