Rose Commercial Real Estate has again represented a local investor, marking the pair’s second collaboration in the past year.
On Nov. 15, the full service commercial real estate firm said President Adam Rose represented Tristan Sylk and Plaza 38 LLC in the purchase of Plaza 38 in Hainesport, a 44,750-square-foot retail/warehouse strip center along the heavily trafficked Route 38 for $2.8 million.
The firm also represented the seller, Giuseppe Ventimiglia LLC, in the transaction, which closed at the end of September, and said it will retain the listing to lease vacant space at the property.
Plaza 38’s 32,000-square-foot warehouse is currently fully leased, Rose Commercial said, with less than half of the 12,750-square-foot storefront available.
According to an announcement, the new owner plans to bring major improvements to the property, including new signage, parking and an external facade.
