Rsam names chief revenue officer

Secaucus-based Rsam, a governance, risk and compliance platform, has appointed Bill Dedrick to the newly-created position of chief revenue officer.Secaucus-based Rsam, a governance, risk and compliance platform, announced Wednesday it has appointed Bill Dedrick to the newly-created position of chief revenue officer.

Dedrick, who has more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, will be responsible for growth of the company’s global market strategy and generating revenue leads.

Prior to Rsam, Dedrick was chief revenue officer and then president of Ping Identity. He is also a board member for RedCanary, a cybersecurty threat detection company. Previous roles include vice president, sales at Rational Software and worldwide sales executive at IBM.

“Rsam has experienced such rapid growth recently that we knew the time was right to bring on additional leadership talent to take advantage of the opportunities that lie in front of us,” Vivek Shivananda, CEO of Rsam, said in a statement. “Bill was an obvious choice given he has been through a similar journey and led companies to great success.”
