The institute for Ethical Leadership at Rutgers Business School announced Thursday that it will be offering a new Mini-MBA program in Ethical Leadership.The program, which will be held September 22-26 at the school’s Newark campus, will discuss ethical challenges and opportunities for business, nonprofit and government workers using case studies.
The cost is $3,995.
IEL Executive Director Judy Young spoke on the issues covered through the course in a recent statement.

“This Mini-MBA includes ethics and values, corporate social responsibility, compliance, crisis communication and how to create and sustain an ethical culture. Participants will gain knowledge and experience in ethical leadership and critical decision-making skills,” she said.
The program is designed for executives and managers in various fields who are focused on developing an ethical culture in their workplace.
Participants will receive a Certificate in Ethical Leadership upon completion of the program.
