Point Pleasant-based Ryan Soames Engineering announced it acquired Adaptive Engineering Professionals (AEP), the full-service mechanical, electrical and plumbing consulting firm located in West Orange.
AEP is committed to providing practical solutions for its clients’ needs in a responsive and timely manner. The company has successfully completed many projects in the New Jersey area, including commercial, residential, educational, industrial and public buildings.
Likewise, Ryan Soames specializes in MEP engineering and energy conservation with a specific focus on building design, integrated building services and energy efficient engineering. The merging of the two businesses will complement each one’s work ethics.
“The team of professionals at Ryan Soames conduct their business using similar principals and priorities as we do at AEP,” said Founder Alex Giordano. “Their commitment to innovation and dedication to providing timely, practical solutions for their clients closely aligns with our philosophy at AEP, which is why we believe that our companies have great potential to merge seamlessly under this new acquisition.”
“We are very pleased with our acquisition of AEP, and we are excited to witness the potential that these two firms have together,” said Keith Moorhouse, principal at Ryan Soames Engineering. “This acquisition provides a huge opportunity for Ryan Soames, as they are a great addition to our existing building design, consulting and engineering team.”
