Saint Clare’s Health is staying put in Parsippany, in a building it has occupied since 2006.
On Dec. 15, Larken Associates said the network of community hospitals and health care facilitates serving Morris and Sussex counties renewed a lease for 11,824 square feet of medical office space at Parsippany Commons.
According to Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, the renewal speaks to the company’s strong retention rates across its portfolio.
“We have been working closely with Saint Clare’s Health over the last 15 years to ensure their office space continually met the needs of their business and patients,” he said. “They have since become great partners, and we look forward to continue supporting them in the years to come.”
Located at 3219 Route 46 E., Parsippany Commons is a three-story building with more than 54,000 square feet of medical, dental and professional office space. It offers signage along Route 46 and is accessible from Routes 10, 46, 80 and 202, in addition to Interstate 287.
A full exterior and interior renovation was completed at the property in 2019, adding modernized lobbies and hallways, upgraded lighting and atrium windows spanning the entire façade of the building.
In August, Larken announced the addition of Morris Pediatric Care LLC to the property. According to the Branchburg-based real estate building, development and management ocompany, Parsippany Commons has approximately 20,000 square feet of leasable office space available.
