J.P. Morgan Private Bank names Weiss executive director, banker
Sandra Weiss has joined J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Summit as an executive director and banker. In this role, Weiss works closely with affluent individuals, business owners, medical professionals and members of the real estate community across the region, advising them on their sophisticated wealth management needs. Sandi serves as a powerful gateway to the firm’s global resources to help families align their investments with their values and lead impactful financial lives.
With a professional career that spans more than two decades, Weiss has deep capabilities in wealth management, alternative investments and goals-based planning. Most recently, she was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, addressing the sophisticated objectives of high-net-worth individuals and families. Previously, Weiss was a private client manager with U.S. Trust.
She joined J.P. Morgan for the opportunity to work for a firm that emphasizes placing clients first. Sandi delivers comprehensive strategies for investing, tax mitigation, trust and estate planning, and legacy intentions. Working with affluent and multigenerational families, she supports their philanthropic interests and plays an essential role in preparing the next generation to be good stewards of wealth. In her client work, she has a sharp focus on helping women enhance their understanding of investments and engage in the financial markets.
Weiss also has a deep understanding and personal passion for socially responsible investing. She earned a B.S. and M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where she graduated cum laude. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses, and life and health insurance licenses.
