Sax LLP will relocate its flagship office to a 39,810-square-foot space in Parsippany by year’s end.
The space will be located at 389 Interpace Parkway at the new Latitude campus—a 700,000-square-foot joint venture partnership between affiliates Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners LP billed as “a next-generation, holistic workplace.”
Initially slotted for a move in date of Aug. 1, Sax’s relocation is now expected by the end of the year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which paused construction.
Construction has since resumed as Sax’s Return-to-Work Task Force continues to develop policies and protocols to enter the new space at Latitude in a way that ensures that health and well-being of team members and clients.
Latitude’s 35-acre, two-building campus includes common areas, multiple dining options, fitness centers and collaborative spaces with design themes inspired by cities across the country, from New York City to Denver and Los Angeles.
“Latitude provides us with world-class services, amenities and an environment that will help us attract the next generation of professional talent,” said Joseph Damiano, managing partner at Sax LLP, in a prepared statement. “Combined with the building’s innovative design, one can’t help but feel productive and the positive energy from working there.”
The firm, recently listed as one of Construction Executive’s top 50 construction accounting firms nationwide, is currently headquartered in Clifton.
“We look forward to being a part of this exciting new chapter in the future of Sax LLP,” said Vision Real Estate Partners Founder and Managing Partner Sam Morreale in a prepared statement.
