The Lyndhurst law firm Scarinci Hollenbeck on Friday announced the expansion of its New York office and the addition of Eleanor Grinshteyn, of counsel.According to an announcement, the New York office focuses on investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate disclosures and insurance. The company said the relocation to a larger office will enable it to continue providing quality services to a diversified client base.
