Litigators Roshan Shah and Michael Jimenez have been promoted to partner. Shah represents real estate developers, government contractors, digital media manufacturers, restaurants and government officials in trial and appellate courts. He joined Scarinci Hollenbeck in July 2015 after four years in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
Jimenez focuses on public, educational, labor and employment, land use and corporate transactions, and business law. He joined the firm in October 2016 after more than six years at Ryglicki Jimenez & Gillman PC in North Bergen.
Angelo Auteri has been promoted to counsel after joining the firm in July 2014 from three years at Buglione Hutton & DeYoe LLC in Wayne. Since joining Scarinci Hollenbeck he has represented public and private sector clients in civil litigation matters, focusing on public law and labor and employment.
Liana Nobile joined the firm’s litigation practice in June 2018 after nearly two years at Leary Bride Tinker & Moran in Cedar Knolls where she focused her practice on insurance defense litigation. She now focuses on all facets of litigation and has been promoted to senior associate.
