Matthew Schiller has been named vice chair of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP‘s real estate department, effective Aug. 1.
He joins co-chairs Thomas Denitzio Jr. and Jack Fersko.
Schiller focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactional, zoning, redevelopment, taxation and litigation matters throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
His recent activity focuses on properties located in opportunity zones, assisting clients with the creation of qualified opportunity funds and qualified opportunity zone businesses.
Schiller has been a partner at the firm since January 2015. Previously, he served as an associate at the New Jersey offices of various firms, including K&L Gates in Newark and Porzio Bromberg & Newman PC in Morristown.
