The 217,259 square-foot, five-building complex was built in 2015 and features 22 one-bedroom apartments, 130 two-bedroom apartments and one studio apartment.
The buildings are linked by landscaped walkways and seating areas, as well as an underground heated garage that spans all the apartments and offers assigned parking.
The complex includes 30 acres of preserved woodland and offers residents outdoor exercise paths, a fitness center, BBQ areas, and state-of-the-art kitchen and bathroom finishes.
“Shamah Properties purchased Copperwood because it is a core asset located in an established growing market where we see much growth potential,” said Shamah Properties Director of Acquisitions and Chief Financial Officer Edward Setton.
