Located at 246 Industrial Way, the 34,801-square-foot space features 30-foot ceilings for high volume usage and eight easily accessible loading docks.
The property is situated in the heart of Monmouth County and is conveniently located to Garden State Parkway Exit 105, and is also near routes 33, 35 and 195. Newark Liberty International Airport is only 40 minutes away.
The transaction was managed by Sheldon Gross Sales Representative Matt Leonelli and David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates.
