Sheldon Gross Realty announced on May 3 it was appointed to provide full-time, property management services to Morristown North Commerce Center, an industrial flex facility in Cedar Knolls.
Under the arrangement, West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty will work in conjunction with the property’s leasing agents, Lori Zuck and Jeffrey Furey, who are partners at Lee & Associates.
Located at 45 Horse Hill Road, the services to be provided by Sheldon Gross include ongoing, in-depth analysis of the entire property to determine optimal utilization; coordinating and supervising repairs or renovations both to the building and all building systems; collecting tenants’ rent payments; and paying incoming invoices.
