Sitar Realty Co. announces eight lease transactions totaling more than 30,000 sq. ft.

Iselin-based Sitar Realty Company announced the following real estate transactions:Jersey Mike’s signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 square feet of retail space from Holmdel GT PO and Holmdel Plaza LLC.  The retail space is located at 2143 Route 35 in Holmdel at the Kohl’s Plaza.  Robert JanTausch and Edward Hughes represented the tenant.

According to the announcement, Adecco USA Inc. signed a five-year lease for a 1,430-square-foot office space from Piedmont Operation Partnership.  The office is located at 9 Polito Ave in Lyndhurst.  Robert Giordani represented the tenant.

Style N Hair LLC signed a 10-year lease for 2,300 square feet of retail space from Franklin Court.  The retail property is located at 920-950 Hamilton St. in Franklin.  Douglas Sitar and Robert Bogash represented both the tenant and landlord.

Oldcastle APG Northeast Inc. signed a six-year lease for 6,790 square feet of office space from Mack-Cali Associates.  The property is located at 331 Newman Springs Road in Red Bank.  Brian Schrader represented the tenant.

BCB Community Bank leased a five-year, 1,710-square-foot retail space from 1379 St. Georges Avenue LLC.  The property is located at 1379 St. Georges Ave. in Colonia.  Nadia Hannout and Bill Sitar Jr. represented the landlord.

Synergy Health Center signed a three-year lease for a 4,500-square-foot office space from Centurian Family Trust.  The office space is located at 2363 Lakewood Road in Toms River.  Doug Sitar, Bill Sitar and Bogash represented the landlord.

Roof Diagnostics Solar and Electric signed a five-year lease for 7,743 square feet of industrial space from Tewenty Lexington LLC.  The industrial property is located at 299 Industrial Park Road in Middletown.  Ron Schrader Jr. represented the tenant.

Indus American Bank leased a 10-year, 4,500-square-foot retail property from AO Plainsboro LLC.  The space is located at the Plainsboro Plaza in Plainsboro. Giordano represented the tenant, according to the announcement.
