Sitex Group completes purchases in Englewood, West Caldwell

In an effort to expand its industrial footprint in northern New Jersey, commercial real estate firm Sitex Group has purchased two assets, at 205 Jackson St., Englewood, and 40 Fairfield Place, West Caldwell.

In an effort to expand its industrial footprint in northern New Jersey, commercial real estate firm Sitex Group has purchased two assets, at 205 Jackson St., Englewood, and 40 Fairfield Place, West Caldwell.

At four miles from the George Washington Bridge, 205 Jackson St. provides immediate access to New York City, Sitex said. The 32,000-square-foot refrigerated warehouse property has 20-foot clear ceilings and is 100 percent leased.

“We’re excited to announce the acquisition of these two properties,” Blake Chroman, Sitex principal, said. “They fit perfectly into our growing portfolio of quality buildings in northern New Jersey.”

MB Productions occupies 13,200 square feet of the 21,000-square-foot property at 40 Fairfield Place. Sitex said it retained Resource Realty, which brokered the deal on its behalf, as the leasing agent. The property has 18-foot clear ceilings and two docks to accommodate up to two tenants.

Sitex did not disclose financial terms.
