SITO Mobile Ltd., a Jersey City-based mobile engagement platform, announce that its CEO, Jerry Hug, has submitted his resignation.SITO Mobile Ltd., a Jersey City-based mobile engagement platform, announce that its CEO, Jerry Hug, has submitted his resignation.

Hug’s resignation was accepted by SITO’s board, the company said.

Richard “Rory” O’Connell, current SITO board member, is filling in as interim CEO while the board searches for a permanent replacement.

The company said it continues to grow revenue and will maintain its focus on its current initiatives.
