Somerset pharma firm names senior vice president, general counsel

Somerset-based drug-delivery company Catalent Pharma Solutions announced Tuesday that Steven Fasman has been named senior vice president and general counsel, effective immediately.Prior to joining the company, Fasman served as executive vice president of law at MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc., an investment firm.

“I am delighted that Steven Fasman has joined Catalent,” John Chiminski, CEO and president, said in a prepared statement. “He is widely respected as a talented lawyer with a proven record of leadership in results-focused environments, making him the ideal person for this important position on Catalent’s executive leadership team.”
