South Jersey contractor opens new headquarters

Commercial and residential contractor Ben’s ProServ opened a new headquarters in Vineland Industrial Park North in Vineland on Feb. 12.

Founded in 2017, the company outgrew its previous office space at 2800 Industrial Way. It received approval from Vineland to move to 3109 N. Mill Road in May.

The new headquarters will serve as the company’s center of operations as it provides commercial and residential heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical service and installation services. The company has more than four decades of experience, according to a statement, and employs certified technicians competent in the repair, installation and maintenance of any HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment brands or models.

Owner Ben Laury credited the support from customers for the company’s growth. Ben’s ProServ now reaches from Cape May to Gloucester.

According to TJ Laury, vice president of Cape May operations and marketing director, Vineland Industrial Park North’s “central location and proximity to Route 55” makes it “the perfect place for us to set up shop.”
