Marketing & design firm Splendor rebrands cos on Red Bank’s West Side

New Jersey-based marketing and design agency Splendor has worked to reshape Red Bank’s West Side by completing rebranding projects for companies and retailers including Denholtz Properties, Sickles Market and Booskerdoo Coffee & Baking Co.

Fresh off a merger with Filter Advertising, Splendor has experienced a wave of growth including new hires and office expansion.

For Denholtz, Splendor orchestrated a website redesign and brand strategy incorporating multimedia assets such as drone photography of property sites. As part of this rebrand, Splendor helped display Denholtz’s renewed commitment to community-focused real estate development and helped further the real estate company’s reputation for investing in emerging markets across New Jersey, including developments near transit hubs.

Splendor timed the Denholtz launch to coincide with the opening of the company’s new 12,080-square-foot headquarters on Chestnut Street in June 2019. Revamped marketing materials were utilized immediately in a relocation party attended by more than 400 people, including New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy, Red Bank Mayor Pasquale Menna and major players in the commercial real estate space.

Splendor’s work has also benefited retailers in Red Bank’s West Side, including a new 9,000-square-foot family-owned fresh market and garden center, Sickles Market, featuring a Booskerdoo location inside. Splendor is assisting both companies amid their respective expansions – including brand development services.
