Sports Technology Firm to License its Software

Interactive would get a share of revenues and upfront fees under the deal. Shares of the company (OTC: ISWI.PK) were flat at $0.60 in morning trading.

The deal would let Neptune, which sells betting systems and services for racing and sports to cruise ships and resort casinos, license Interactive’s SportXction software. The program allows betting on the outcome of actions within games.
