Stark & Stark added three shareholders to its ranks.
Bhaveen Jani and Max Schatzow were elevated to shareholder at Stark & Stark in Lawrenceville, with their promotions effective July 1, and Philip Degnan joined the firm as shareholder on July 12.
Managing Shareholder Michael Donahue called both Jani andSchatzow “leaders in their practice areas and communities” and said he has “no doubt that their expertise and dedication will serve our clients well for years to come.”
Jani is a trial attorney in the accident and personal injury group, focusing his practice on motor vehicle and tractor-trailer crashes, construction accidents and premises liability matters. He joined the firm in 2018 and appears frequently in federal, state, and appellate courts in New Jersey.
Schatzow joined the firm in 2013 and is a member of the firm’s investment management and securities group, concentrating his practice on counseling financial service entities including investment advisers, broker-dealers, and private investment companies on registration, compliance, liability and litigation issues.
Degnan joins the firm’s accident and personal injury group, focusing his practice on premises liability, product liability, construction accidents, transportation, fraud investigation, and insurance coverage disputes. He is barred in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey.
Since 1996 Degnan has handled more than 1,000 civil cases on behalf of his clients. He’s tried jury verdict cases throughout New Jersey and Philadelphia Federal and State Court.
