Bartlo-Chaplin will be the seventh person to hold the position for the New Brunswick theater.
“It is Sarah’s arts management skills, her deep understanding of building community, and her work with renowned national and international artists that will propel State Theatre New Jersey to a new level of success,” said Scott Fergana, chair of the State Theatre board.
During Bartlo-Chaplin tenure, National Theatre Corp. increased revenue by 40 percent.
