Striker Leasing achieves 100 percent lease-up in the Oranges for Rockledge

With the leasing of 20 apartments, luxury apartment firm Striker Leasing said Tuesday it reached another milestone on behalf of Rockledge, a landlord that owns multifamily buildings in East Orange and Orange.

Through Striker’s knowledge of the market and a multi-channel strategy of advertising, open houses and proactive social media marketing with Treza Accardi leading leasing deals, the team hit the ground running after being retained in June 2020, successfully leading and implementing an orchestrated effort to secure a full lease-up in under eight weeks amid market volatility.

Marc Watkins, the founder and chief executive officer of Rockledge Ventures, was looking for a leasing partner to assist efforts to stabilize the portfolio during a period marked by COVID-19 related challenges and uncertainties. He enlisted Striker Leasing as exclusive leasing broker of record to address vacancies across the portfolio, as well as to stabilize 41 Main St. in Orange.

“I read Striker’s press release about their leasing efforts and achievements at Lotus 315 in East Orange. I decided to give them an opportunity to supplement the in-house leasing efforts at Rockledge, and I could not be more pleased with that decision” said Watkins.
