Student Transportation completes two acquisitions

Wall-based Student Transportation Inc. announced today it has completed its acquisition of two school bus companies with fleets in Pennsylvania and New Jersey totaling 170 vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed.According to the announcement, the two acquired companies bring in combined annual revenues of almost $10 million. Both acquisitions closed in the first quarter of the new 2014 fiscal year, which began July 1, and were funded through STI’s existing credit facility.
