Forget living here for a long time: Anyone who has ever even considered possibly being interested in maybe moving to New Jersey knows that finding a good school district that is also affordable can sometimes seem impossible.Thankfully, the good people at Nerdwallet have done that for you.

By looking at standardized test scores, college readiness and class size, the website has compiled an interactive graph of 266 school districts in New Jersey that allows you to view the Top 10 schools in various categories.

By comparing the academic variables with the cost of living in a particular district, Nerdwallet was able to determine which ones provide residents with the most “bang for your buck.”

  4. Verona
  5. Pequannock
  6. Robbinsville
  7. Princeton Regional
  8. Nutley
