Syncsort Inc. announced Wednesday it has signed an agreement with Harte Hanks Inc. to acquire Trillium Software, a provider of data quality solutions.The acquisition of Trillium is the largest in Syncsort’s history, it said. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Woodcliff Lake-based Syncsort is a Big Iron and Big Data solutions provider and backed by Clearlake Capital Group L.P.

Credit Suisse, Antares Capital and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey provided financing for the transaction. Foros served as the financial advisor to Harte Hanks. Credit Suisse, Evercore and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey served as financial advisors to Syncsort.
